Packaging and Condition of the Goods

Pack the items carefully to avoid transport damage.

For a full refund, the item should show no signs of use, such as pet hair, dirt, scratches, odors, etc.

Items made to individual specifications (e.g., custom-made products or engravings) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The same applies to already opened magazines and hygiene products.

Postage for Returns

Include a copy of your invoice with the return; this fulfills your right of withdrawal. The return shipping costs must be borne by you as per the withdrawal policy.
